Software Engineer

We are looking for passionate bilingual Software Engineers who are eager to grow in a stable, international, and high-impact environment.

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving their brokerage technology platforms. This position focuses on system stability, automation, quality assurance, and production support, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain and optimize existing applications for performance and availability

✅ Monitor and support production systems (run & maintain)

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using root cause analysis

✅ Develop and execute automated testing (unit, integration, regression)

✅ Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

✅ Write clean, documented, and scalable code

✅ Collaborate with Product, SRE, and Architecture teams

✅ Participate in code reviews and release validations

✅ Apply security patches and vulnerability remediation

✅ Maintain technical documentation and operational guides

✅ Support modernization and automation initiatives

Required Profile

🎯 Must Have:

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in software development
• Strong skills in C#, JavaScript, .NET Core, or Node.js
• Experience with automated testing tools (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and deployment automation
• Experience with AWS or Azure environments
• Solid understanding of OOP, debugging, and performance tuning
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of software security best practices

✨ Nice to Have:

• Experience with microservices and event-driven systems
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus)
• Background in logistics, brokerage, or financial systems
